PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods (such a product launches or holidays), processing times may be slightly extended.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Packages will be shipped out after processing time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method. Free shipping is offered on orders over $75.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, etc.)

SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If this occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly (USPS).

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 DAYS of delivery at coastalcodecompany@gmail.com with your order # and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
